Distributed photovoltaic power generation has been developed no one asked about it ten years ago, now it is almost "a household name". Many people have installed such a photovoltaic power station on their roofs. So what are the common faults in use?
1. Leakage current fault:
Fault analysis: Leakage current is too large
Solution: Remove the input terminal of the PV array, then check the peripheral AC grid. Disconnect both the DC terminal the AC terminal, let the inverter power off for more than 30 minutes. If you recover by yourself, continue to use it. If you cannot recover, contact the after-sales technical engineer.
2. Grid error:
Fault analysis: grid voltage frequency are too low too high.
Solution: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage frequency of the power grid. If it exceeds, wait for the power grid to return to normal. If the grid is normal, the inverter detects the circuit board power generation failure. Please disconnect the DC AC terminals let the inverter power out for more than 30 minutes. If you can resume using it yourself, contact the after-sales technical engineer if you can’t recover. .
3. Inverter hardware failure:
Fault analysis: Inverter circuit board, detection circuit, power circuit, communication circuit other circuits are faulty.
Solution: If the inverter has the above hardware failure, please disconnect the DC terminal AC terminal, let the inverter power off for more than 30 minutes. If you can restore it, continue to use it. If you cannot restore it, contact the after-sales technical engineer.
